Christine was the second oldest of six children, brought up in a working class home in upstate New York.  They were never wealthy; too many mouths, and needs, and never quite enough to break even. 

From an early age, Christine knew she wanted to be a doctor, and that scholarship was the only way that would happen.

She studied at Harvard through her Masters and undergraduate degrees, before moving to the prestigious Johns Hopkins in Baltimore for her Ph.D.  After her residency, Christine was offered a position back in New York.

These days, she’s a well-respected ER surgeon at Metro-General Hospital.
